These terms govern your use of TOP — The Outfit Planner. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
TOP helps you organize your wardrobe and build outfits based on your pieces, occasion, weather and personal coloring. Suggestions are recommendations — the final choice is always yours.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity within it. Profiles in an account share access; only add people with their consent.
Your content
The photos and data you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service (build outfits, analyze colors), per the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use TOP for illegal purposes, don't upload others' content without permission, and don't attempt to bypass the app's security.
Subscriptions
The app may offer paid subscription features in the future. Price, renewal and cancellation will be clearly stated before purchase, through the stores (Apple/Google).
Warranties and limits
TOP is provided "as is". Style and color recommendations are guidance and don't guarantee specific results.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
