Delete account & data

You can delete your TOP account and all associated data — profiles, pieces, photos and coloring — at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app (recommended)

Open TOP and go to Profile.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and photos are removed from our systems.

By email

No access to the app? Email contato@theoutfitplanner.com with the subject "Delete account", from your registered email. We complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Account (name, email) and all profiles.
All photos (clothes and face) and the color analysis.
Pieces, outfits and history.
